Farren and Jared celebrated their big day with a lovely ceremony at St. Francis de Sales Church in Charlestown, MA and celebration at the Peabody Marriott. I loved the color palette of the wedding party with the groomsmen in dark blue suits and vests with black lapels and bow ties, which were offset by the stunning bridal party in deep green gowns. But, I can not continue without a shout out to the bride’s BREATHTAKING gown. It was elegant and timeless and beyond photogenic.
Billy and Kristi had their wedding on a perfect fall day at The Riverview in Simsbury, CT. This wedding was particularly special for me to be a part of because the bride is my cousin-in-law, the groom is from my home state of Ohio, and they are both fellow Elon alumni! So many shout outs! On top of all of that, they happen to be amazing people that perfectly compliment one another. I love being around these two, so it was a joy to be a part of their wedding day journey. Love you two!
Michelle and Brian did not need a sunny day to have the light shine on them. It was a pleasure to spend the day with this beaming couple, so in love. Set at the Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge, MA (gorgeous rooms!!), it was a rainy fall day, and it was perfect. Something tells me this couple will not need the good luck sprinkled on them. It was absolutely heart-warming to work with these two. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. May your married days be bright!
Last Saturday we celebrated my son’s first birthday! While I am not much of a theme person when it comes to decor, I love a good theme party. Because Brody is still too young to tell me what he wants the theme of his party to be, I had to get creative. I came across the fabulous book, “The Wonderful Things You Will Be” and I ran with it. The party’s theme centered around this book from Brody’s invitation, cake (A Little Something Bakery) and balloons, party story time to party favors for the kiddos. It was fitting for a first birthday and sang a wonderful message as well. Happy Birthday, my sweet baby boy. You fill my life with ever lasting joy.
